She considers the architecture of the room and traffic flow as she consults with her clients regarding the purpose and function of the space before determining the layout. A strong working relationship with skilled trades-people ensures Felicia’s design vision is implemented with the utmost level of attention to details and quality.

Felicia’s enthusiasm for design stems from her passion for art, antiques, and history. That’s because of her interesting background. Her experience in the arts includes artists like Peter Max, to auction houses such as Sotheby’s. Felicia’s appreciation of architecture enhances her design solutions, as she understands the
style of each home extends beyond the interior to the exterior and landscaping. While Felicia respects architectural style, she also uses her great sense of scale, selection of fine materials, and careful editing to make her designs so captivating.
