| Phyllis Harbinger, an expert Feng Shui practitioner, installed this wonderful room setting with Asian furnishings and accessories to exemplify a “Bagua” (the eight-sided shape that guides in planning the placement of objects, colors, etc.). Fresh flowers, sumptuous fabrics, mirrors, candles and of course a wind chime are utilized to express a peaceful, harmonious environment. Hanging fixtures include hand-blown and reverse-painted pendants in jewel toned designs. Phyllis is a successful interior designer as well as a professor of interior design at FIT (The Fashion Institute of Technology).
